I get a lot of emails from men looking for erotic coaching but don't live in the San Francisco area. So, I started the video library to reach men who may not be able to come in for personal sessions.

These videos can give you an idea of some of the things I do during sessions. For example, the breath is the foundation of much of my work. It's not easy to explain using words the types of breath I recommend. It's real easy to show you though!

There are also videos that give you an insight into things that we may not do during sessions.

Right now all the videos are available for free. Later, some will be available for free and others will be available on a subscription basis. But for now, enjoy the free videos.

All of the videos are in Adobe Flash format. This format doesn't require an external viewer. There are some technical requirements though. Check to see if your system meets these requirements:

• Adobe Flash Player 7.0+ plug-in (available at at Adobe Systems.)
• Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates installed, or
• Mac OS X 10.3 or higher.
• Firefox 2.0 or higher, or
• IE 7.0 or higher, or
• Safari 1.0 or higher.
• Broadband internet connection with at least 500 Kbps.

Please understand that I can't provide technical support. I've tested the videos with Firefox (Windows & Mac), IE (Windows only) and Safari (Mac only). If your system meets all the requirements, but it still isn't working correctly, please try troubleshooting with a different browser. All the videos have sound. If you can't hear anything, check to make sure your computer's volume control is set properly.

The videos are best viewed with a reasonably fast internet connection like cable or DSL. I don't recommend viewing if you're using a dial-up internet connection.

The library is starting out small and will be growing over time. Check back often as more videos are added.

Right now, I'm the only model. But I'm looking for models who would like to be in front of the camera. I'm looking for a variety of body types and ages. There are lots of possibilities and nudity is encouraged but not required. Please let me know if you're interested.

	Guided Body Meditation - Many of us are used to jumping right in to erotic play. I like to check in with the body before we begin. This help us put aside other concerns we may have and helps ground us to truly feel pleasure. This video is about 13 minutes long. An mp3 version is available too. (You can download this file to your computer by right clicking the link and selecting 'Save Link As' or Save Target As'.) The mp3 is a slightly longer version of the meditation and is just short of 20 minutes long.
	Orgasmic Breath - Imagine being able to access erotic energy just through movement, sound and breath. Orgasmic breathing allows many of us to access this amazing energy at almost any time during the day. Watch this demo of me doing orgasmic breath.

Accessing Erotic Trance: Solo - Erotic trance is that state where the mind is quiet and the body and spirit take over. The world begins to fade away and is replaced with an intense awareness of the sensations and pleasure from the body. This series of six videos and exercises is intended to help men access these trance states through solo activities.

Accessing Erotic Trance: Partnered - Erotic trance can also be reached with a partner. In my experience accessing this trance with a partner is harder, so I recommend that both partners first practice this solo. Partnered erotic trance is an intimate way to connect with your partner that is unique from traditional erotic activities.

Connecting with Anal Pleasure - The anus is a source of great pleasure for many men. It is also a place that can bring shame. This series of videos is intended to help you connect with anal pleasure in a safe and nurturing way.
